When applicants receive this link, they can complete a rental application, which will generate their tenant screening reports. This is a type of credit score that is specifically designed for tenant screening services from TransUnion. Here are some reasons that a TransUnion ResidentScore is the way to go:

Tenant screening reports expire after 30 days. This is in accordance with TransUnion regulations to protect the applicant's data.
