RentSpree Waives Screening Fees for Displaced Colorado Wildfire Victims

For the displaced Colorado wildfire victims, we understand the added difficulty of finding a rental property due to forced evacuation and property damage caused. So, we will be waiving screening fees to these applicants.

For any agent, owners, or landlords working with victims displaced due to evacuation or property damage from the wildfire, RentSpree will refund any application fees processed by RentSpree as they seek rental housing.* Just have applicants call (323-515-7757) or email support@rentspree.com after they submit an application through RentSpree and we will gladly process a refund.

You can also donate to the Boulder County Wildfire Fund as they assist victims of the Colorado wildfires.

The RentSpree team offers our sincerest condolences to those families impacted by the wildfire.
